Join us for a day at the lovely Owlet woodlands. This day offers a chance to spend the day in silence whilst within the safety of a group environment. It will offer a gentle grounding and meditation, medicine walk and reflective writing intersped with sitting in stillness.
This Silent Day Retreat offers a gentle, supported way to practise solitude — to be with your breath, your senses and the living world — and to return to daily life more centred, rested and present.
