We are joining a number of music Festivals this year run by Trojan Events to offer a relaxation corner and wellbeing classes and treatments.
They are offering 3 more events -
Thunderstock is a RockFEST - on July 11th and 12th
Wild West is Country on August 8th and 9th
Sonic (last year had many tributes to music legends including Queen and Kings of Leon) 5th and 6th September.

Nature Meditation | EcoNIDRA
EcoNIDRA is a deeply relaxing practice for your mind and body.
You will be guided through a triple journey - through your senses, your body and the earth. Guided throughout by my voice and nature sounds.
At Thunderstock - this is being offered on Sunday Morning at 09:30
A great way to finish your weekend experience, before your journey home.
Festival price only £3 per person.

The mindful process of creating shapes and patterns within the container of your circle.
The process of this journey is the art of mindfulness and not the end piece.
Doodling, focussing and being creative with the back drop to the festival sounds.

Taking the time to explore both our inner and outer landscape.
You will be guided through a series of prompts and writing styles.
A short session for this work - just 45 minutes
