Our wellbeing days and weekend retreats are designed to offer you some real time for you, to pause, reflect, express and release.
Whether you are spending the day or a couple of nights they invite you to experience a deeper connection with yourself and the natural world.
Each retreat has a different offering; a different focus.
Affording yourself the time to reaffirm that YOU matter.
Our community connections that are forged, often last long after the days end and sometimes forge life-long friendships.

Nature & Meditation - Weekend Retreat

Whitby | Sandsend
Join me for a weekend of slowness, stillness and Nature Connection.
This is a beautiful area of coastline, large blue skies and quietness
We are back at Sandsend for 2026, for two days of reflection and restoration.
This year we will be offering longer periods of silence to invoke inner reflection, creativity and flow.
We will guide your through some meditations, embodiment and beach grounding as well as offering specific writing prompts for further enquiry.
We will meet at 07:30 in the morning to catch this beautiful time in the morning and will end each day will end around 16:00
The Friday evening will offer an evening meditation and introduction to our weekend.
There are many benefits of being silent on a regular basis and for full days including relieving stress, lowering blood pressure and gaining more clarity. Add this to the benefits of being by water, the negative ions, the soundscape and earthing and this magnifies on a greater level; connecting with ourselves and our natural world more deeply..
Itinerary
Friday Eve
Meet at 19:00 for an introduction to the weekend and a Nature EcoNIDRA meditation - a chance to step into our time.
Saturday
07:30 Silent meditation wander on the beach
10:00 Opening circle and embodiment session.
12:00 A light lunch (there is a great cafe near the top of the beach)
13:30 - A walk through the Mulgrave woodland and exploring the old Mulgrave Castle ruins.
18:00 You are welcome to join us for a pub meal - the food at the White Hart is wonderful.
20:00 weather dependant - skygazing
Sunday
07:30 Silent Meditation wander on the beach
10:00 Nature Connection session (with periods of silence)
12:00 A light Lunch
14:30 Closing circle
Prices
£135.00 per person
This price is for all the sessions throughout the weekend.
It does not include travel to and from, accommodation, meals, food or drinks or any other purchases that you may wish to include whilst on your stay.
For those that wish to stay over:
There is a variety of accommodation around the local area and within Whitby itself.
Personally I will be staying at the lovely Mulgrave Country Cottage. This is a Bed and Breakfast and offers a stylish room with ensuite facilities. A beautiful garden with a beck running along its edge (This runs down to the sea) and behind the cottage is woodland. Current prices are around £270 - £320 for two nights and there are some rooms that can be shared also. (sharing the cost)

There is also the Woodlands Hotel which is next door that is worth a look also or places around for camping if you would prefer.

Pause, Nourish and Nurture ~ Silent Day Day Retreat

Writing | Meditations | Slow saunters
Born from participants wanting to complete their own solo medicine walks and not having the confidence.
This day is designed to be semi guided, providing the safety of a group with a sense of solo walking and being.
During the day you will experience guided meditations, silent walks, contemplative scrolls, journaling and neuro art.
The day ends with our usual tea ceremony and sharing discussions before we leave the woods for our onward travels.
Im not great at being still - but I have absolutely loved this!
