Quiet Parks International invites people around the world to slow down, step outside, and listen to the places around them.

They launched the Soundwalk Project in 2025, and this year are expanding it through collaborations with forest-bathing organisations worldwide.

A soundwalk is an invitation to listen with fresh ears.

As you move slowly through a place, pay attention to the sounds around you — the rustle of leaves, birdsong, footsteps, wind, water, distant voices, or the quiet between sounds.

The goal is simply to slow down, become present, and experience your surroundings through listening. A familiar place can sound completely different when you stop to listen.
